This is the latest update avaliable for Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising And Joint Operations: Escalation. They are packed together in one update, if you only have Typhoon Rising this update still works for you.
Joint Ops: Typhoon Rising:
1.6.9.2 The “/serveonly” command will now render text on systems that have a video card without hardware texture and lighting.
