After using Alt+Tab and coming back to the game I’m stuck moving/shooting/turning/etc

PROBLEM:
After using Alt+Tab and coming back to the game I’m stuck moving/shooting/turning/etc.

RESOLUTION:
If Alt+Tab is used to switch away from BHD while another key is pressed, when the user switches back to BHD, the key that was pressed during Alt+Tab will be "stuck" on.
