error after shout

I've just done a new clean install with this script and after I submit a shout I get this weird message but if I reload the page the page the shout is posted.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home7/public_html/index.php:62) in /home7/public_html/index.php on line 169

Try to set output_buffering = ON in your php.ini file.

I am using a hosting service that doesn't give me the option of changing anything in php.ini. Is there any other way around this error?
